"For the attention of the owner of the BUSINESS  Dear Sirs. A week ago an engineer came to my business to repair a washing machine. As a part needed ordering, I had to wait a whole week before I had another visit, and yesterday when Nick arrived, he recognised that more work need to be done. The machine is crucial to my business, and Nick recognised this to the point that he finished all your companies outstanding commitments for the day, and at 7pm went to Currys to purchase a new machine on his own card, came back to my premises, installed the machine, and didn't leave until the job was complete at 20:00. It is most unusual to find this level of commitment from any employee. I'm writing to say that Nick's level of commitment is amongst the highest I've ever seen and he is a total credit to your company. Many thanks and please pass on my thanks to him.
